Did You Hear? Friends

New music! Sometimes old music. Music that we love!

This week I’ve got to take a moment out for New Zealand’s fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo, Flight of the Conchords. These guys have since gone on to do some amazing things (like scoring a Muppets Movie, having a minor role in The Hobbit, and writing What we Do in the Shadows, just to name a few), and it was quite clear they were destined for big things when they first got popular for the comedy stuff. This song is densely packed with grade-A funny, but it still flows effortlessly through different kinds of humor. I love it every time I hear it.
